Former Student Requirements
Students who have previously attended Mayville State University as degree-seeking student, and is not currently enrolled, is classified as a former student.
To be considered for readmission applicants must:
- Complete the Application for Admission
- Students who have attended another post-secondary institution after enrollment at Mayville State University must submit final official transcripts.
