HPER 302 Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Basic

Instruction and laboratory practice in the pre-hospital emergency medical setting including, but not limited to: major bleeding, broken bones, diabetic emergencies, strokes, poisoning, car accidents.Students fulfilling the course requirements will be able to take the NREMT exam to qualify for EMT-B certification. Prerequisite: HPER 210. Students must have a current CPR or the professional rescuer. Spring.
