EDUC 508 Organizational Leadership

This course prepares leaders or future leaders of educational organizations with the tools to be able to recognize leadership styles, craft a vision, create strategic goals, participate in accountability conversations, give feedback, and devise an actionable plan for the training and coaching of members and stakeholders of the organization to help make growth towards the organization’s mission.
