MATH 323 Probability & Statistics

This course covers topics in both probability and statistics. Discrete probability distributions (binomial, geometric, hypergeometric and Poisson) and the normal continuous probability distribution are covered along with the Central Limit Theorem. Statistics topics include summarizing data, sample size, population confidence intervals and hypothesis testing. Prerequisite: MATH 103 or equivalent
