HPER 263 Swimming and Basic Water Safety
Emphasis on developing and refining basic strokes, diving, and advanced aquatic skills including canoeing and snorkeling. Individuals will be provided with general water safety information in order to create an awareness of causes and prevention of water accidents to develop a desire to be safe, and to encourage healthy and safe water recreation. Prerequisite:
HPER 260 or successful completion of the equivalency test. Fall.
