BUSN 441 Negotiation & Conflict Resolution

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the theories, processes, and practices involved in negotiation and conflict resolution in business and other organizational settings. Students will learn to analyze the factors that impact negotiations, diagnose and identify effective negotiation strategies, and understand the cultural aspects of conflict and negotiation. The course will also cover practical techniques for resolving conflicts and negotiating successful outcomes in various contexts.
