NURS 605 Nurse Management Business Skills and Principles

This course will focus on fundamental business skills and principles aligned with nurse management and organizational goals in the provision of efficient and cost-effective quality health care. Topics of focus include nurse succession planning, organizational governance, and financial and strategic management. Prerequisites: NURS 600 Foundations of Effective Nursing Leadership and Management.
