BUSN 430 Leadership Theory & Development
This course explores theoretical and practical perspective of leadership. Personal leadership styles will be explored through a series of assignments and activities in and out of the classroom. These activities enable students to reflect on how they view leadership as both a follower and a leader. Students will develop a well-rounded understanding of leadership concepts while enhancing his/her leadership potential.
