BIOL 322L Techniques in Biotechnology
This lab component is a required course for the Biotechnology Certificate Program. This lab will focus on key concepts and skills necessary for the advancing technologies. Topics covered include: good manufacturing practices, microscopy, meiosis/mitosis, bacteria/cell culturing, nucleic acid and protein isolation and quantification, and introductions to bioinformatics and chromatography. Course offered on demand.. Pre-req: BIOL 150 and BIOL 150L.
