ACCT 405 Advanced Accounting

Course will concentrate on accounting for business combinations and consolidated financial statements both at acquisition date and thereafter, advanced partnership issues, and an introduction to governmental and non-profit organization accounting. Pre-requisite: ACCT 201 Elements of Accounting II
