ACCT 316 Banking Law
The field of business law is expanded to include emphasis on legal principles involved in banking and finance. Included topics are the various Business organizations, with emphasis on Corporations and corporate governance, including fiduciary responsibilities of both corporate officers and boards of directors; banking procedures and lending regulations; corporation/partnership lending procedures from both the lender/borrower perspective; and a study of negotiable instruments; real property issues relative to banking; and bankruptcy and credit issues. Pre-requisite: ACCT 315 Business in Legal Environment
