LEAD 690 Applied Leadership Project
This graduate-level capstone course provides students with the opportunity to apply leadership theories and practices to a real-world organizational challenge. Students will work individually or in small teams to design and execute a practical leadership project in collaboration with a partner organization or through a self-directed initiative. Key activities include identifying a leadership challenge, developing a project plan, implementing solutions, and evaluating outcomes using evidence-based methods. Through hands-on application, reflective practice, and peer feedback, students will refine their leadership skills and produce tangible outcomes. This course focus on practical leadership application.
