LEAD 660 Non-Profit Governance & Leadership
This course explores the unique challenges and opportunities of leadership and governance in non-profit organizations. Students will examine the roles and responsibilities of non-profit boards, executive leaders, and stakeholders in achieving mission-driven success. Key topics include governance structures, strategic planning, fundraising and resource development, stakeholder engagement, and ethical decision-making in resource-constrained environments.
