HPER 100 Concepts Of Fitness & Wellness

A course designed to introduce the concepts of overall wellness to students of all ages. The course will be focused mainly on the different aspects of physical fitness and the interrelationship with the other facets of wellness. Students will have the opportunity to self-evaluate their fitness, design a program of fitness with specific guidelines, and try different methods of developing and improving their health. One and one half hours of lecture and one hour of laboratory per week. Fall, Spring, Summer.
