BUSN 436 Organizational Development

Organizational Development is the process of improving effectiveness and efficiency by increasing the capacity for individuals, groups and organizations to adapt to change. This course will focus on a variety of topics that include: quality of work-life, best practices in leading change, assessing & changing an organization's culture, managing change initiatives in organizations, make a persuasive case for change, engaging your team & stakeholders, and overcome resistance to change.
