BUSN 418 Operations Management

This course examines quantitative approaches to solving management problems. Included are facility layout, process, and location strategies as well as the study of inventory management, linear programming and other basic decision tools. It is strongly recommended students have a knowledge of statistics and Excel before taking this course. Pre-requisite is BUSN 325.
