Students who are or have been in attendance at Mayville State have certain rights to request, inspect, review, and challenge the records maintained by the institution under the provisions of the Act.

Mayville State does not permit access to personally identifiable information contained therein without a  student’s written consent, other than directory information, access by officials of the institution, and those granted access by the ACT.

Upon request, Mayville State discloses education records without consent to officials of another school district in which a student seeks or intends to enroll, or is already enrolled if the disclosure is for purposes of the student’s enrollment or transfer.
