POLS 305 Constitutional History

Study of the American government and issues related to Amercian politics in their constitutional and cultural perspectives. Topics include how the multicultural character of Americans, past and present, has influenced the development of government under the Constitution; how events have shaped the interpretation of the Constitution; and how real world practice varies from the descriptions in the Constitution.
